Terms and Conditions:
- Please make a reservation at least 7 days in advance and pay a deposit of $1000 in-store to confirm. The venue will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis, and the reservation will take effect immediately upon payment of the deposit.
- After a successful reservation, the branch manager will contact you 3-7 days before the event to confirm the details.
- A service charge will be added.
- No refunds will be given for absentees.
- In case of event cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
- The date and time of the event can only be changed once and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. If a No. 3 typhoon signal or above/red rainstorm warning or above is issued after 7 AM on the day of the event, the event will be automatically canceled. Please contact the branch directly to arrange for a refund or reschedule the event.
- In case of any disputes, The Spaghetti House reserves the right of final decision.
